By renting our product(s) you agree to these terms and conditions:

Payments: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total balance is due upon booking. This non-refundable retainer is deducted from the total price of the wedding/event.

Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not received by the due date, flowers and decor will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Assigned To Elevate. 

If Assigned To Elevate determines the contract can still be fulfilled after designated date and you wish to continue with the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for every 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.

Add-ons: Add- ons made less than 30 days prior to the wedding/event, will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid in full within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee that the same flowers will be available, and pricing will be determined according to most current price, not initial price quoted. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible. 

Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after or referred to.

Substitutions: Assigned To Elevate reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or decor received are not of the quality suitable to wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Assigned To Elevate will inform you if a dyed flower is being used and will not be held liable for staining to any garments due to their usage.

Terms: At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted up until the balance is paid in full. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Assigned To Elevate is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

**Fresh flowers can be added at the request of the client. Please note that Assigned To Elevate is not responsible for the condition of fresh flowers once we are off site. Due to fluctuating flower prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes fresh flowers. The customer will be notified as soon as Assigned To Elevate is made aware of these increases. Assigned To Elevate will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event. 

Setup: Price quoted is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.  An additional moving and setup fee will be required. Many of our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. They must be disassembled, which will require our movers and/or florist to remove the florals, disassemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside of our team to handle our inventory.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space. We are happy to assist with this process.


Delivery/Pickups:

Delivery/Pickups: All rental orders include delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse in Uniondale NY, and pickup- with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Pickups after 9pm will incur an additional fee. 

The delivery cost for orders outside of 20 miles is typically $1/mile up to 75 miles, but will be determined based on location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based off these two factors. 

Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found below.

Product Handling: No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside, we will pick-up early.  No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

Damages: Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 5 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period, you will be charged 5 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned. 

Décor/Design: All décor must be communicated to Assigned To Elevate to preserve the consistency of wedding/event. Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by Assigned To Elevate is not be guaranteed by Assigned To Elevate even in cases where Assigned to Elevate items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and Assigned To Elevate will be blameless.

Venue/ Location Limitations: Assigned To Elevate is limited by the rules and guidelines of the venue(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Assigned To Elevate will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Assigned To Elevate

Cancellations: We require a 90-day cancellation notice, otherwise your retainer cannot be partially refunded. Retainers will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online. 

In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date. 

Assigned To Elevate reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any it is determined that obligations cannot be met due to lack of, or improper communication, unpaid invoices, safety concerns or other concerns, at the discretion of our company. Assigned To Elevate will credit the amount paid, minus retainer and any actual costs incurred up to that point that Assigned To Elevate informs you of cancellation.


Privacy Disclosure Notice:

Any information collected from our clients will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy statement.


Term and Conditions for
Custom Signage and Personalized Gifts

Order Placement and Specifications: All orders for custom signage must be placed through our designated channels. Detailed specifications including dimensions, materials, colors and any customizations must be provided at the time of order placement. If you are unsure of your exact needs, please email us before placing your order and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction.

Payment: Full payment is required upfront for all custom signage and personalized gift orders, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Acceptable payment methods will be provided on invoice.

Design Approval: After full payment, a digital proof of the custom signage design will be provided for review and approval. 2 revisions will be allowed, after which a $20 revision fee will apply for each additional request.

It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy in spelling, design elements and other specifications.

Once approved, changes to the design may incur additional charges and can lead to delivery delays. Payment methods accepted will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Production Time: Production time for custom signage varies depending on factors such as complexity, size and current workload. An estimated turn- around time will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping/delivery: Shipping costs are not included in the price of custom signage and will be calculated separately. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver custom signage of the highest quality. While we make every effort to ensure consistency, minor variations in color, size, and materials may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of the product.

Cancellation and Refunds: Custom signage orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Cancellation requests made before production begins may be subject to 50% cancellation fees.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if item is damaged to discuss partial refund or replacement.

Intellectual Property: You must confirm that any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property provided for use in custom signage does not infringe upon any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates intellectual property laws or our ethical standards.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from custom signage orders is limited to the total amount paid for the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By placing an order for custom signage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in delays or cancellation of your order without refund.
